Shipment of goods without such verification does not imply acceptance of the prices contained in the order.

SUBSTITUTION

The Company reserves the right to substitute products of similar kind, quality, and function without prior notice. If substitution is unacceptable to the Buyer, it must be explicitly stated at the time of quote request or at the time of order placement, in the absence of a quote request.

PRICE

Prices quoted, including any transportation charges, are valid for 10 days unless otherwise stated as firm for a specific period through a written quote or sales acceptance by an authorized representative. The Company reserves the right to revoke any price if the revocation is in writing and sent to the Buyer before the Company receives written acceptance of the price. The Company also reserves the right to cancel orders if government regulations establish selling prices lower than quoted prices.

TRANSPORTATION

Unless specified by the Buyer, the Company will select the carrier and routing at its discretion. The Company is not liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its selection.

PACKING

The Company will adhere to its minimum packing standards for the chosen method of transportation. The Buyer is responsible for the costs of any special packing, loading, or bracing requests. Additionally, the Buyer will bear all costs for packing and shipping of any special equipment.

INVALIDITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
